Facility Use

In order to request the use of our facilities, please submit a Request Form.  When you fill out your request form you will see a list of our facility use guidelines. We ask that you review and agree to the guidelines before submitting your request. After you submit your request we will review it and respond as promptly as possible.  Some events may require our leadership to review them before approval is granted. Please take note that some events, such as weddings, have additional guidelines that must be reviewed as well.  Our elders reserve the right to review any request to use our facilities.  Any decisions they make will be final.
